Business Continuity and Crisis Management Simulation
Tabletop/Virtual Drills:
Tabletop drills bring together personnel in a low-stress environment to learn and demonstrate crisis management, emergency management, and business continuity. Realistic scenarios are customized and presented in an engaging, relaxed environment, where teams walk through their plans for responding to a simulated crisis.Functional Drills:
Field play drills build on the initial tabletop sessions to further train and allow personnel to learn additional aspects of an emergency response plan while being less complex than exercises. These may include fire, safety, security, or active shooter drills (just to name a few), which would be tailored to your business and unique needs.Functional Exercises:
Functional exercises further build upon the foundation of tabletop and functional drills with less training or coaching, and more opportunities for personnel to demonstrate proficiency in their roles and areas of responsibility.Full Scale Exercises:
Full-scale exercises are as close as you can get to responding to the real thing, without the associated danger. The challenges are now increased for exercise participants, with no training or coaching provided. Full-scale exercises incorporate all functions of an organization and represent the most complex response through the integration of external responders, such as first responders, vendors, government agencies, etc. - all of which are sure to be involved in an actual emergency.
