Joshua Taylor provides a unique perspective and level of experience to Etimos Group. He started in emergency services as a Junior Firefighter at the young age of 14 and was able to gain valuable experience over the last 30 years of service in multiple disciplines of emergency services. That experience spans across fire, law enforcement, emergency communications, emergency medical services, emergency management, emergency services instruction, disaster response operations, and emergency services administration as a Deputy Chief Officer. Joshua’s experience comes from local government, private industry, and national level high-profile emergency operations and deployments across the U.S., most notable for him was U.S. Presidential Motorcade Medical Detail (2017) and Presidential Inauguration Medical Detail (2009).

Joshua has assisted in the development of emergency services curriculum on the collegiate level and developed training material to compliment the training of emergency services personnel.  In addition to Joshua’s practical knowledge, he holds a Master of Public Policy and Public Administration degree from Liberty University in Virginia and a Bachelor of Emergency Services Management- Whole Community Emergency Management degree from Anderson University in South Carolina. Mr. Taylor is a lifelong learner and continues to seek out opportunities to improve his skill set to be better prepared to serve - no matter the need.
